MAINTAIN LOW COST
Our main guiding principle is to maintain low cost for our products and keep them as affordable as possible for the widest range of buyres. To do thi our overhead is at a minimum. There are no expensive advertising or marketing budgets. We operate out of the home as of now and only expand as business dictates.
SIMPLE DESIGN CONCEPTS
In order to provide low cost, our design concepts have been standardized so that complicated forming and machining methods can be avoided. To do this we take standard metal forms such as flat, round or rectangular and and configure them into a variety of designs that provide the frame structures for our trikes and quads. These metal pieces are all made from high strength Aluminum for light weight, yet strong structures. All welding is of the highest quality TIG method.
STREAMLINED MANUFACTURING
Although we try to avoid the expensive manufacturing processes, there are some parts that have to be made to precise tolerances or require specialized equipment. These parts and processes are then subcontracted to local companies that have those capabilities. Welding, machining and painting are operations that we can obtain from other firms in our area that can do those things effectively and efficiently, thus allowing us to avoid expensive overhead costs.
This is an example of an early trike built with a standard child car seat mounted to the rear platform. With 4 screws, it could be removed and placed back in the car. Some of the other features that I will point out are:

This is a later version of a trike. The red color is a very durable powdercoat paint. Some features:
The main feature here is the electric assist I added. The front wheel contains the hub motor. The rectangular container attached to the kick-up for the front wheel is a battery pack. The amount of assist is adjusted by the rider using a twist grip on the handlebar.
This is one of our quadracycles. Note the 2 passenger seating capability with adjustable seats for each rider. Rider heights from "very short" to about 6' 3" can be accommodated. Some features:
